Groups and Classes

Build positive, meaningful relationships, find community, and grow spiritually.

Multiple groups of people gathered indoors for social activities, including a holiday celebration with a decorated Christmas tree, a discussion or meeting with a woman at a lectern, and other social interactions in different rooms.

Sunday Bible Study

Grab a cup of coffee and join us Sundays at 9:45am for a meaningful time of Bible study and prayer. More than merely informational, this study is designed to help participants grow in their spiritual life.

Fall Study: “Faith and Faithfulness.” Schedule:

  • October 18th: “Faithful Endurance.” Hebrews 12:1-17.

  • October 25th: “A Community that Pleases God.” Hebrews 13:1-21.

  • November 1st: “Mourning Clothes.” Jonah 1:1-2; 3:1-10.

  • November 8th: “Showers of Forgiveness.” Hosea 4:1—5:15; 6:1-3.

  • November 15th: “The Holy One in Our Midst.” Hosea 11:1-12.

  • November 22nd: “Flourish and Blossom.” Hosea 14:1-9.

CWF (Women’s Ministry)

Our Christian Women’s Fellowship group typically meets the 3rd Monday of each month at 5:15pm. Through fellowship, study, and outreach projects, CWF offers a chance for all women to build relationships and grow together. Contact us for more info!

Exercise Class

Designed for seniors, our exercise class focuses on building and maintaining balance, strength, and flexibility—and having fun doing it! The class meets Tuesdays at 1:00pm at our building and is led by Marleigh Leek, a physical therapist and FCC member.

Support Groups

  • Al-Anon. An Al-Anon group meets at our building every Monday and Thursday at 11am. Al-Anon is “a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking.” Friends and observers are welcome to attend.

  • Grief Support Group. This support group is open to any and all in our community who have experienced loss. You need not be a member of our church (or any church) to join us - people of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome! The group is led by FCC’s pastor and hosts a session roughly once a year.   • Narcotics Anonymous. The local NA group Seekers of Serenity (SOS) meets at our building every night at 6:00pm. This meeting is for anyone “for whom drugs had become a major problem.” Everyone is welcome, “regardless of age, race, sexual identity, creed, religion, or lack of religion.”
